Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S’s Swedish subsidiary, Nordic Waterproofing Group AB, has acquired 83 percent of the shares in Veg Tech AB. Furthermore, Nordic Waterproofing has submitted a bid to the minority shareholders to acquire the remaining shares for the same price per share, which is expected to be finalized during the second half of 2018. The acquisition is expected to have a positive effect on Nordic Waterproofing’s earnings per share in 2018.
