Box 70431, SE-107 25 Stockholm, Sweden (“Svolder”), has today purchased shares in Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S (Danish company registration number 33 39 53 61) and has crossed the 5 percent reporting threshold.
Following the purchase, Svolder now directly holds nominally DKK 1,448,205 shares of DKK 1 each (each share carrying one vote) corresponding to 6.01 percent of the total share capital and voting rights in Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S
