Alcur Fonder AB (Riddargatan 18, 114 51 Stockholm, Sweden, company registration number 556703-4870), now possesses in total 1,104,024 shares of DKK 1 each, corresponding to 4.58 percent of the total number of shares and all voting rights in the Company. Accordingly, Alcur Fonder AB possesses less than 5 percent of the total share capital and all voting rights in Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S.
