Kingspan Holdings (IRL) Limited (“Kingspan”) announced on 4 February 2025 a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB (publ) to tender any and all shares in Nordic Waterproofing to Kingspan at a price of SEK 182.50 in cash per share. On 4 February 2025 the board of directors of Nordic Waterproofing communicated their recommendation to the shareholders to accept the cash-based offer by Kingspan.
