At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S today, on 21 December 2016, the meeting resolved to elect Riitta Palomäki as additional new member of the board of Nordic Waterproofing.
Election of new board member
The meeting resolved to approve the nomination committee’s proposal to elect Riitta Palomäki as additional new board member for the period until the close of the next Annual General Meeting.

Following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting, the board of Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S is composed by Ulf Gundemark, Christian Frigast, Holger C Hansen, Jørgen Jensen, Riitta Palomäki and Vilhelm Sundström.
