Bengt-Erik Karlberg leaves his position in the Nordic Waterproofing Group Management Team and his position as CEO for Veg Tech AB. As of today, 18 March 2021, Johan Ljungberg is appointed as Acting CEO for Veg Tech AB.
”Bengt-Erik has been part of the Nordic Waterproofing Group for three years and has in a significant way contributed to develop Veg Tech to the strong company it is today.” says Martin Ellis, President and CEO for the Nordic Waterproofing Group. The responsibility in the Group Management for the activities within Veg Tech will be transferred to Mats Lindborg, Head of Sweden and Norway. The process to appoint a new CEO for Veg Tech AB has been initiated and the company will as soon as possible call relevant unions to negotiations (Sw. MBL) for this matter.
