Proposals from shareholders for consideration by the annual general meeting shall be submitted to the Board of Directors in writing no later than 18 March 2021. In the event that the board of directors receives a proposal later than 18 March 2021, the board of directors shall nonetheless decide whether it was received in time for it to be included in the agenda for the annual general meeting.
